Importers or manufacturers of any regulated goods listed here, who intend to supply them in the Singapore market must register themselves with NEA.
Assignment of Digital Services for first time user (for NEA's Energy Labelling Scheme: WRMS-ELS Online Portal
The company's CorpPass administrator is required to authorize the user(s) to use ELS Online Portal (under Waste and Resource Management System (WRMS) in CorpPass portal. Please refer to the steps below to assign users for the e-service.
1. Login to CorpPass Portal.
2. Navigate to e-service.
3. Assign the selected e-services (i.e. WRMS-ELS Portal).
How to Register
Application for registration shall be made online. The application can be made through the ELS Online Portal.
Login Credentials
CorpPass of the administrators from the importers or manufacturers are required for the registration of regulated goods.
Change in Particulars Not Involving Change of Business Registration Number
The administrators from the importers or manufacturers are required to login and update the Energy Labelling Scheme (ELS) system if there are any changes to their company business registration details such as company name, address and telephone number.
Change in Business Registration Number
If there is a change in the business registration number, the registered supplier is required to re-register with NEA.
