One-stop Information and Service Centre at HDB Hub

Services at the One-stop Information and Service Centre for Hawkers at HDB Hub is opened for hawkers with appointments only. For hawkers with transactions that cannot be conducted online, please contact us to make an appointment to visit our centre.

If you have any enquiries or feedback*, you may wish to:

To report issues like cleanliness, pests and maintenance of greenery and infrastructure, you can do so via the dedicated function on One Service app (App Store | Google Play store).  The app will help to direct your feedback to the relevant Town Council or authorities such as HDB, NEA, LTA and NParks.   There is no need for you to indicate which agency is responsible.
*Report a littering offence 
*If you wish to report a littering offence which was committed from a vehicle, please provide the following in writing: 
  a) Full particulars (Name, NRIC or passport number, residential address)
  b) Contact number (preferably mobile number)
  c) Offence details (date, time, location, vehicle number) 
  d) Photo or video evidence, if available. Such evidence submitted must be sufficiently clear so as to identify the vehicle (car plate number) and the alleged offender 

Please note that you may be required to assist our officers in further investigations. In the event the case proceeds to court, you will be required to be a witness, submit a witness statement, etc. 

Reporting of potential fraud and related misconduct
An independent channel to report on incidents of fraud or misconduct occurring within NEA or relating directly to NEA's staff, in good faith, without fear of reprisal, for appropriate investigation and action.
