Internal Audit Division
| The Internal Audit Division (IAD) supports NEA's operations by independently reviewing internal controls and processes. IAD helps ensure that NEA's assets are properly safeguarded, accounting and operational records remain accurate and reliable, and resources are used prudently and efficiently. The division also monitors compliance with established policies and procedures, providing assurance to management and identifying opportunities for improvement across the organization. |
Legal Division
| The Legal Division (LD) provides legal advice and services to support NEA's role as the regulator for the environment and public health and in all other aspects of its statutory mandate, to enforce NEA's laws fairly and impartially in our criminal justice system, and to safeguard NEA's interests in contracts and disputes management. |
