TAFEP Exemplary Employer Award
The TAFEP Exemplary Employer Award recognises organisations that have effectively implemented fair, responsible, and progressive employment practices. Progressive employment practices comprise HR strategies, policies, programmes, and practices that create and sustain an inclusive workforce. NEA is proud to be recognised as an exemplary employer, and to be acknowledged for our commitment towards engaging, developing, and caring for our people.
SHRI Singapore HR Awards

Organised by the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI), the Singapore HR Awards celebrate leading organisations in their drive for impactful human capital strategies, as well as individuals and organisations that have made outstanding contributions to human resource practices. Since 2012, NEA has been a consistent winner yearly at the SHRI HR Awards.
In 2015, NEA was honoured to be conferred the HR Corporate Award for the third consecutive year, and was presented the Corporate HR Champion Award. We also won the following awards in 2015 for our continued efforts to nurture our people and embrace work-life effectiveness:

UK HR Excellence Awards
NEA’s leading mature workforce strategies have achieved international validation at the UK HR Excellence Awards 2015, where NEA was selected as the winner of the Best HR Strategy Overseas Award 2015, amid strong competition from companies in the United States and Ireland.

, the HR Excellence Awards celebrate leading organisations that set the benchmark for the HR industry across Asia. In 2014 and 2015, NEA clinched a total of nine Excellence awards. In 2016, we were honoured to be conferred the following:

NKF Extraordinary Employer Award
In 2015, NEA was presented with the Extraordinary Employer Award by the National Kidney Foundation in recognition of the organisation’s efforts to accommodate employees who have suffered from kidney failure, by helping them stay gainfully employed.
Best Companies for Mums Award (Most Empowering Company for Mums)
NEA was presented the Most Empowering Company for Mums Award in 2015. The Best Companies for Mums Award, organised by the NTUC Women’s Development Secretariat (WDS) and supported by the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP), recognises exemplary companies, supervisors and colleagues who have made a positive difference to the daily lives of working parents.
AARP Best Employers for Workers over 50 Award – International
The American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) is a non-profit, non-partisan organisation based in the United States which focuses on improving the quality of the lives of experienced and mature workers. The AARP Best Employers International Award recognises innovative, forward-looking employers who have set outstanding examples through programmes that help them retain, retrain, engage, and recruit mature workers. NEA is proud to have been presented the award in 2011 and 2014.
