Any supplier that intends to supply any of the regulated goods under the Environmental Protection and Management Act (EPMA) in Singapore must apply to be a registered supplier. Any company that intends to carry out any regulated greenhouse gas (GHG) works must apply to be a registered GHG entity.
How to Register
Application for registration shall be made online. The application can be made through the
Energy Labelling Scheme (ELS) and HFC Mitigation Measures Online Portal.
Login Credentials
Suppliers/GHG entities are required to be registered in ACRA and administrators of the company will need to have a valid SingPass with business account to access to the online portal.
Change in Particulars Not Involving Change in Business Registration Number
Administrators of registered suppliers/ GHG entities are required to login to the online portal to update their registration details if there are any changes.ACRA registration details (i.e. Company name, Address) of registered suppliers are automatically updated during login. Other details (i.e. Telephone/Fax no., Types of appliances supplied, details of company’s representatives, details of competent persons) will need to be completed by the administrator.
Change in Business Registration Number
Registered suppliers/GHG entities who have changed their business registration number are required to create a new registration with NEA.
