Coffeeshop Toilet Grants

Overview 

Coffeeshops across Singapore's heartland areas provide the community access to toilets. The National Environment Agency (NEA) is introducing the Coffeeshop Toilet Renovation Grant and the Coffeeshop Toilet Deep Cleaning Grant, following the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment's (MSE) endorsement of the Public Toilet Taskforce's recommendations in March 2025.

 These grants will help to enhance toilet cleanliness across coffeeshops and enable coffeeshop operators to achieve the Happy Toilet Programme (HTP) certification under the Restroom Association (Singapore) (RAS), which is accorded to clean and well-maintained toilets.
