Coffeeshops across Singapore's heartland areas provide the community access to toilets. The National Environment Agency (NEA) is introducing the Coffeeshop Toilet Renovation Grant and the Coffeeshop Toilet Deep Cleaning Grant to enhance toilet cleanliness across coffeeshops, following the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment's (MSE) endorsement of the Public Toilet Taskforce's recommendations in March 2025.
