WSG will provide up to 70% salary and course fee funding support where trainees will undergo a 4-month On-the-Job-Training (OJT) and be equipped with at least one digital skill competency (e.g. data analytics, technology applications) upon programme completion. The CCP also supports company whose existing employees are impact by business transformation and requires job redesign and reskilling, 


CCP for Professional Executives 
Career Conversion Programme for Environmental Services Specialist (CCP for ES Specialist)    NTUC Learning HubEmployers can reskill their supervisory-level employees or train new hires (mid-career switchers) to take on the enhanced role of ES Specialist.  WSG will provide up to 90% salary and course fee funding support for up to 3months where trainees will undergo 8 days of facilitated training in Robotics & Automation Application, Incident & Accident Investigation, Customer Management and Emotional Competence and ~58 days of structured on-the-job training (OJT) customised by the employers based on their business needs.
