| Career Conversion Programme for Sustainability Professionals (CCP - S) | Singapore Business Federation | The CCP for Sustainability Professionals supports the reskilling of existing workers or new hires to take on business functions such as carbon management, sustainability reporting and implementation and development of carbon projects, as well as the creation of new job roles such as Sustainability Officer and Carbon Analysts and enhances current scope of work in areas such as finance, procurement, human resource, logistics and operations.
WSG would provide up to 90% salary and course fee funding support for up to 6 months (for new hires) and 3 months (for existing staff). The CCP-S is offered in two modalities, Place and Train (6 months duration) for new hires and Job Redesign/ Reskilling (3 months duration) for existing employees who required to be reskilled to take on redesigned or new sustainability related role.
