The SCEM training grant is a co-funding scheme administered by Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) to develop local expertise and capability in professional energy management. The scheme targets engineers and managers who manage manufacturing facilities, or who provide energy consulting services.
Form of assistance
The Training Grant co-funds part of the SCEM training cost (inclusive of one exam fee per module), at the professional level. The SCEM programme (Professional Level) comprises of four core and two electives. Each module, except for the EMA module which costs $1080 before GST, costs $980 before GST. Qualifying candidates will need to pay the module and exam fees upfront and will only be entitled to the training grant upon passing of exam.
