Since 1 June 2016, smoking is prohibited at the following premises:
- Reservoirs;
- Parks under the purview of Jurong Town Corporation (JTC) and parks in public housing estates managed by the respective Town Councils; and
- Neighbourhood parks under NParks within private housing estates.
From 1 July 2022, to further protect non-smokers who visit public parks and beaches for recreational activities, the smoking prohibition is extended to the following premises:
- ABC Waters sites
- 10 Recreational beaches
- Parks and gardens
