National Energy Efficiency Conference (NEEC)
The NEEC is a key event under the EENP Learning Network which is held biennially. Its main objective is to provide thought leadership in energy efficiency, bringing together energy efficiency experts and industry energy professionals to share best practices and case studies of successful projects.

2025 was held at MAX Atria (Singapore EXPO) from 1 to 2 Oct 2025. NEEC 2025 was co-organised by the National Environment Agency and the Energy Efficiency
Technology Centre (EETC) under the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), and
supported by Economic Development Board, Energy Market Authority, Enterprise Singapore, and National
Climate Change Secretariat.
With
the theme “Advancing Energy Efficiency for Net Zero: Connecting Regional and
Global Action”, NEEC 2025 brought together regional and
international expertise to address key industry developments and solutions in
energy sustainability and net zero. Through a carefully curated mix of keynote
presentations, plenary sessions and breakout tracks, the conference will
showcased industry best practices, innovative solutions, policies, financing
