National Energy Efficiency Conference (NEEC)
The NEEC is a key event under the EENP Learning Network which is held biennially. Its main objective is to provide thought leadership in energy efficiency, bringing together energy efficiency experts and industry energy professionals to share best practices and case studies of successful projects.
NEEC 2023 was held at Sands Expo and Exhibition Centre (Marina Bay Sands) from 4 to 5 Oct 2023. NEEC 2023 was organised by the National Environment Agency and supported by the Economic Development Board, Energy Market Authority, Enterprise Singapore, and National Climate Change Secretariat.
Themed “Towards Net Zero and Stewardship in Industrial Energy Efficiency”, NEEC 2023 highlighted the need for the manufacturing industry - the largest contributor of Singapore’s greenhouse gas emissions - to lead the path towards achieving our net zero emissions targets. With increasing focus on sustainability in global supply chains, businesses must prioritise decarbonisation and energy efficiency measures.
