Electronic Consignment Note System
Under the Environmental Public Health (Toxic Industrial Waste) Regulations, all consignees (i.e. waste generators) must prepare and submit electronic consignment notes on Waste & Resource Management System (WRMS) when transporting or consigning for transport of any TIW in an amount exceeding the quantities specified in the third column of the Schedule. A trip-ticket system monitors the movement of TIW between generators and licensed TIWCs. You will need a CorpPass to access the WRMS.
