Our material issues have been refined based on the latest
NEA Strategy Map, which is reviewed every three years.
In the creation of our Strategy Map, we covered pertinent areas critical to mission success and also took into account the concerns of our key stakeholder groups that were gathered during NEA’s annual Board Strategy Advance. The groups to engage were determined based on those who have worked collectively and collaboratively with NEA to make a positive impact to Singapore’s environment.
