Overview of Electronic Tender (E-Tender)
From 13 Dec 2023, the tender of hawker stalls at NEA-managed markets and hawker centres will be conducted electronically via the E-Tender system. Tenderers who wish to participate and bid for a stall will have to submit the Form of Tender through the E-Tender system. This will replace the current manual tender forms submission.
Corrigendum
NEA has published a corrigendum to the July 2026 Tender Notice. Further details are available in the corrigendum.

Tenderers may view the stalls available for tender in the Tender Notice and use the Hawker Business Calculator to check if their tender bid will be profitable before submitting.
Benefits of E-Tender
E-Tender allows greater flexibility for tenderers to submit tender bids anytime and anywhere during the tender opening period. Tenderers do not need to come to NEA One-stop Information and Service Centre (OSISC) at HDB Hub to buy and submit the Form of Tender.
Tenderers are required to have:
- Computer / laptop / tablet / mobile phone with internet access;
- Singpass / Singpass mobile app;
- A valid email address;
- Debit card / Credit card / PayNow to make online payment of $500 for the tender deposit.
