Instructions to Register as a User

Toxic Industrial Waste Generator

You are to engage a licensed TIW collector who is capable of handling the toxic industrial waste generated by your company.

  1. You shall register into e-Tracking through the licensed TIW collector by furnishing him with the below information:
    • Company Registration No. (ACRA No.)
    • Company Name
    • Pick Up Address
    • Postal Code
    • Transport Approval No. (if applicable)
    • Name of Declarant (Up to 5 Declarant names)
    • Phone No.
    • Any Access to Internet
    • Email Address (If Internet access is available)
  2. An auto-generated email will be sent to your declared email account, which consists of your User ID and Business Reference ID.
  3. You can download the User Manual by clicking on (icon of user manual) at the top right hand corner of all screens after login.
  4. You may then proceed with the submission of electronic consignment note as instructed in the user manual.
  5. All toxic industrial waste generators are to keep paper records on the toxic industrial wastes generated by his plant/company. The form is available here [XLSX, 11.03 KB]. You are also to save a copy of your submitted electronic consignment note into your computer for your own reference purpose.

Toxic Industrial Waste Collector

  1. To register as a TIW collector user, you must be a toxic industrial collector licensed by the Director-General Public Health.
  2. All licensed TIW collectors are required to have email accounts. An e-Tracking account will be automatically created for each licensed TIW collectors.
  3. An email will be sent to your declared email account, which consist of your User ID and Business Reference ID.
  4. Once log into the e-Tracking using the given User ID and Business Reference ID, you can download the User Manual by clicking on (icon of user manual) at the top right hand corner of all screens after login.
  5. You may then proceed with the acceptance/rejection of electronic consignment note submitted by the generators as instructed in the user manual.
  6. All toxic industrial waste collectors are to keep daily records on the toxic industrial wastes collected and treated/disposed/recovered by his plant/company. You are also to save a copy of your submitted electronic consignment note into your computer for your own reference purpose.
