Development Control Pre-consultation session for QPs

QPs may consult DCD on the preparation of building plans or to seek clarification on environmental requirements. To arrange for the pre-consultation session, please complete the pre-consultation appointment form here.

Waiver application

QPs may obtain a waiver from DCD in writing for plan submissions that do not comply with NEA’s requirements, before submitting the plans to DCD for clearance. DCD, together with the relevant NEA department(s), will review the waiver application before informing the applicant of the outcome.
