Together they collected more than 7,000 kg of rubbish. On the same day, Nee Soon Group Representation Constituency (comprising the districts of Canberra, Chong Pang, Nee Soon Central, Nee Soon East, and Nee Soon South) also held its first No Cleaners Day in support of Operation WE Clean Up!. 64 NEA ANNUAL REPORT 2015 / 2016 NEA ANNUAL REPORT 2015 / 2016 Joining hands with partners to create a better Singapore NEA carried out a successful run of its Board Strategy Advance on 26 November 2015 at the Suntec City Convention & Exhibition Centre. This annual event in NEA’s corporate planning calendar brought together key stakeholders in government agencies, NGOs, private sector and academia for a meaningful conversation on how to collectively make a positive impact on Singapore’s environment. The discussions generated useful insights and pointed the way forward for NEA on key strategic issues. Relevant ideas were incorporated into NEA’s work plan for follow-up. Board Strategy Advance 2015 The morning saw a plenary discussion where participants shared perspectives and explored ways to achieve a Clean, Resource Effective and Liveable Singapore.
