The review was undertaken with the objective of keeping NEA’s ground enforcement officers up to date with the latest operational developments and to help them stay relevant with the requirements of their work. The review takes SEI’s andragogy a step further. Training offered would go beyond the classrooms. Trainees would have a blended learning programme that combines self-paced e-learning with shorter classroom hours, with the focus placed on role play, group discussions and case studies.
