From March 2011, the ECO Course will be conducted by Singapore Polytechnic’s PACE (Professional & Adult Continuing Education) Academy in collaboration with SEI. There are both day and night classes available.

The Management and Control of Swimming Pools course has been replaced by the Swimming Pool Maintenance and Operation Course conducted by Institute of Technical Education (ITE).

From end September 2010, the Vector Control Workers Course has been replaced by the Joint ITE-NEA Certificate in Pest Control conducted by ITE @ ITE College East.
From September 2010, SEI has ceased conducting the Vector Control Technicians' Course. The course has been replaced by the Joint ITE-NEA Certificate in Pest Management conducted by ITE @ ITE College East.
