ADMISSION OF CANDIDATES Candidates will be allowed into the examination hall not earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled time of the examination.
No books, bags, notes or any other materials not authorised for use during the examination is to be brought into the examination room. In the case of "open book" examination, this shall not apply.
IDENTIFICATION OF CANDIDATES Candidates are to place their identify cards, authority cards or in the case of foreign participants, their passports on the table in front of them for verification.
COMMENCEMENT OF EXAMINATION Question papers and answer scripts will be distributed (face down) before the scheduled commencement of the examination.
Candidates may read through the examination question papers but should not under any circumstances commence writing until given permission to do so by the invigilator.
LATECOMERS Late comers will not be allowed into the examination room 30 minutes after examination has commenced.
No additional time will be allowed for late comers to complete their papers.
LEAVING THE EXAMINATION ROOM Candidates requesting to leave the examination room must be accompanied by an invigilator, with the exception of candidates who have completed the examination. Candidates leaving the examination hall without permission will not be allowed to re-enter the room.
ATTENDANCE Attendance will be taken by the invigilators 30 minutes after commencement of the examination.
END OF EXAMINATION Candidates who have completed their paper and who wish to leave the examination room must hand in their completed answer scripts and unused answer scripts to the invigilator before leaving.
Candidates will be informed 15 minutes before the time allocated for the paper is up.
When the time is up candidates will be told to stop writing. Candidates who fail to do so will be considered as if he did not take the examination.
All unused answer scripts have to be returned to the invigilator.
WARNING All candidates are to note that anyone found talking or attempting to communicate with any other candidate will be expelled from the examination room. The completed answer scripts shall be considered as null and void.
FOOD AND DRINKS Food and drink are not allowed in the examination room.
