NEA will be centralising its licensing functions for all NEA licences under a new Central Licensing Unit (CLU). The licensing functions for cleaning businesses currently at HDB Hub will also be relocated to the Environment Building at 40 Scotts Road, Singapore 228231 with effect from 1 February 2016.

With the successful rollout of the online Cleaning Industry Management System (CIMS) in 2015, we will cease over-the-counter assistance to applicants / licensees applying for new cleaning business licences as well as renewal of cleaning business licences. Please continue to submit your Cleaning Business Licence application via the CIMS website at
