Tender of hawker stalls
This page shows the tender notice, provisional results and list of successful tenderers for the respective months.
Application for Interbank GIRO
Stallholders who are interested to pay their monthly charges/fees via GIRO account may apply for monthly GIRO deductions by submitting this application form.
Application for Refund
Stallholders who are requesting for refund of rental deposit upon giving up their stall tenancy due to any one of the following reasons: termination, assignment or transfer of Tenancy, may submit this application form.
Indemnity Form
This application form is for proposed payee, who will receive the monies of demised stallholder, to indemnify NEA for the refund.
Application for Permit for Additions & Alterations Works
All stallholders are to obtain approval from NEA before carrying out any form of renovation works within the stall. Stallholders may seek for approval from NEA by submitting this form.
Application for Electrical Extension/ Rewiring to Hawker Stalls
All stallholders are to obtain approval from NEA before carrying out any form of electrical rewiring or electrical extension works within the stall. Stallholders may seek for approval from NEA by submitting this form.
Application to Register Hawker Assistant
This application form is for stallholders to register the details of their hawker assistant(s) who will be assisting them at their stalls.  NEA requires all proposed hawker assistant(s) of cooked food stalls to possess a valid Basic Food Hygiene Course certificate before registering as hawker assistant(s).
Deregistration of Hawker Assistant (S) / Nominee
Stallholders who wish to deregister their hawker assistant(s) or nominee may do so by completing this form.
Application for Change of Trade
Stallholders who wish to change their current trade may notify their interest to NEA for approval by completing this application form.
Application for Assignment of Stall
Existing stallholders (assignor) who wish to assign their stalls to a potential individual (assignee) are to seek NEA’s approval of the assignment and proposed trade type. Please note that stallholders who have acquired their non-subsidised stalls on/after 1 April 2012 are affected by the revised policy and are not allowed to assign.

Application for Transfer of Stall Tenancy
(Existing Stallholder)
Family member or relative of stallholder who is interested to take over the stall tenancy may put forward their application to NEA for approval.
Application for Transfer of Stall Location
Stallholders who wish to apply for transfer to another stall may do so by completing this form. However, please note that only stallholders who are paying subsidised rent or those affected by clearance or upgrading are eligible for this.
Application for Rental of Vacant Market Stall in a Sold Centre
This application form is for market slab/ market lock-up stallholders who are interested to rent a market stall in a sold centre.
Notice for Termination
Stallholders who wish to terminate their stall tenancy are to notify NEA by submitting this form with at least 1 month’s advance notice and 7 days’ advance notice (expiring on the last date of the month) for market rent paying stalls and subsidised rent paying stalls respectively. 
Application for Subletting of Stall Tenancy Under Market Rent / Tender Scheme
Stallholders who are paying market rent or are under the tender scheme and wish to sublet their stalls may put forward their application to NEA for approval. Please note that in accordance with our revised hawkers policy, existing non-subsidised stallholders are allowed to sublet their stalls till 31 Mar 2015 while stallholders who have acquired their non-subsidised stalls on/after 1 April 2012 are not allowed to sublet.
Application to Include Joint-Operator for Tenancy of Hawker Stall
Stallholders who are interested to include a joint-operator to operate the stall may seek approval from NEA by completing this application form. Please note that the stallholder and the joint- operator each is required to personally operate the stall for at least half a day (i.e. at least four hours per business day).

For Sold Stalls Only
Application for a Hawker Stall Licence
This application form is for stallowners and sub-tenants of sold stalls to apply for a hawker licence should they be interested to operate in a sold stall.
Voluntary Surrender of Licence
Stallowners who want to terminate their sold stall licence are to notify NEA by submitting this application form.
Application for Transfer of Lease of a Sold Stall
Stallowners who would like to sell off or transfer their sold stall to an eligible individual are to obtain approval from NEA by submitting this form.

For Subsidised Stalls Only
Application to Appoint Stall Nominee This application form is for subsidised stallholders who would like to register an immediate family member as a nominee to operate on behalf of the stallholder during the period of absence.
Application for Rental of Adjoining Vacant Market (Slab) Stall
This application form is for subsidised market slab stallholders who would like to apply for an adjoining vacant market slab stalls.
