Application form for Hazardous Substance/ODS Licence or  Permit The e-Service is used by companies to apply for a Hazardous Substance Licence or Permit for the import/export, sale, storage or use of any hazardous substance controlled by NEA-PCD under the Environmental Protection and Management Act (EPMA) and EPM (Hazardous Substances) Regulations.
Toxic Industrial Waste Collector's Licence This e-Service is used by companies to apply for a Toxic Industrial Waste Collector’s Licence for the collection, storage and treatment of any toxic industrial waste controlled by NEA-PCD under the Environmental Public health Act (EPHA) and EPH(Toxic Industrial Waste Regulations).
Consignment Note System ( e-Tracking ) This e-Service is used for the submission of consignment notes by Generators and Toxic Industrial Waste Collectors under the EPH(Toxic Industrial Waste) Regulations.

Application of Transport Approval for Toxic Industrial Waste Consignor or owner who wish to transport Toxic Industrial Waste in an amount exceeding quantities prescribed in the  Environmental Public Health (Toxic Industrial Waste) Regulations would be required to obtain a Transport Approval from NEA-PCD.

Application Of Written Permission To Dispose Of Treated Toxic Industrial Wastes / Compliant Industrial Wastes At Semakau Landfill Generator of wastes or Licensed Toxic Industrial Waste Collector who would like to dispose treated toxic industrial waste at the landfill are required to obtain a written permission from NEA-PCD.
Application For Licence To Set Up and Operate A Waste Disposal Facility Under Environmental Public Health Act  
Application Form for Toxic Industrial Waste Collector's Licence The handling, transportation, treatment and disposal of toxic industrial waste in Singapore is controlled under the Environmental Public Health (Toxic Industrial Waste) Regulations. Under the regulations, all toxic industrial waste collectors must be licensed by NEA-PCD.

NB: If your trade effluent contains or is contaminated with genetically modified organisms (GMOs), you should consult the Genetic Modification Advisory Committee (GMAC) for its treatment and disposal. More information on GMAC can be viewed here.
