 25 Sep 2014                                                      The Transboundary Haze Pollution Act comes into effect today, following the passing of the bill in Parliament on 5 August 2014. All companies, based either in Singapore or overseas, which are found to have caused haze pollution affecting Singapore will be held accountable under this new Act.
