Singaporeans enjoy one of the highest standards of public health in the world and has one of the lowest rates of environment-related communicable diseases. It’s also a wonder that we are in the malaria-endemic tropics but are malaria-free. On this trail, learn about types of mosquitoes and their breeding habits and gain insights into the strategies adopted to make cooked food in Singapore safe for consumption.

Visit the following highlights in the Public Health Trail :

  • Vector Surveillance in Residential Area

  • Upgraded Hawker Centre

  • Mosquito Laboratory
