GENERAL
SEI reserves the right to:
- Cancel/change the assessment test, and/or venue due to unforseen circumstances. In the case of cancellation, we will arrange an alternative date for the applicants.
- Reject any application if he/she fails to meet the requirements for the assessment test.
- Revise the assessment fee without prior notification.
PAYMENT
Cheques are to be crossed and made payable to 'NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AGENCY'. Please write the assessment test, participant's name and company's name at the back of the cheque.

Please note that placement for the assessment test will only be reserved upon the payment of the assessment test fees and on a first-come-first-served basis.
WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND
All notice of withdrawal/postponement must be given in writing. For written withdrawal/postponement received at least 14 days or more prior to the test commencement date, 75% of the test fee is refundable. No refund will be made for written withdrawal that is received less than 14 days prior to the test commencement date and/or if the participant fails to attend the course.
Any request for refund must be submitted for NEA's consideration using the prescribed refund application form. All information requested in the form must be duly completed. Please note that any incomplete information furnished may cause delay in processing your request.
Once NEA has approved a refund application, the amount will be credited back to your bank account as stated in the refund application form. Within 30 days from the date of your submission, NEA shall endeavour to either :-
a) credit the refund amount back to your bank account; or
b) notify you in writing of our decision to reject your request for refund or such other outcome of our investigation.
All refund application requests submitted are subject to approval by NEA on a case to case basis.
ASSESSMENT TEST
All participants are required to submit documents to substantiate the achievement of the required 25 hours training for Prepare Pest Management Equipment (12 hrs e-learning, 6 hrs classroom coaching and 7 hrs field practice). The e-learning and classroom coaching must be endorsed by the Singapore Computer System Ltd and SPMA respectively. As for the field practice, it must be endorsed by approved trainers from the participant's respective companies.
All participants will be notified of the results of the assessment test via post.
Participants who fail the assessment test will have to pay the full amount of the assessment test fees when they wish to re-take the test.
EQUIPMENT
Participants are required to bring their equipment for the assessment test.
The company should ensure that equipment used by their employees for the assessment test are safe and in good working condition.
TRAINING GRANTS
Training grants may be given by the Skills Development Fund (SDF) on a case to case basis.
The respective companies are required to submit their application for the training grants directly to SDF. All applications must reach them at least 1 working day before the assessment test date. For more details, please contact SDF Secretariat at 6512 1212 or email them at wda_sdf@wda.gov.sg
