MODULE INTRODUCTION
Increasing environmental awareness and the growing need for compliance with environmental standards makes this a very useful forum for professionals in both the public sector and the private sector.
The main aim of the module is to introduce the participants to current concepts and methods in environmental economics. At the end of the module the participants are expected to have a good appreciation of how environmental issues can be analyzed and how environmental policies could be formulated.
