INTRODUCTION
To ensure the safe use of laser devices for laser workers, the course is designed for those with little or no knowledge on laser radiation safety to handle laser devices.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Company radiation safety officers who are responsible for the safe use of laser devices, and workers who need to handle laser devices at work. Besides providing basic knowledge on laser radiation protection, this course also prepares participants for the N3 licence qualifying test.
COURSE METHODOLOGY
EXAMINATION
Arrangement will be made for participants to take a final test after course completion.
ACCREDITATION
This course is accredited under the Registered Safety Officer's Continuing Professional Development Programme. Participants will gain 14 SDUs upon completion of the course. Course participants must complete this course with at least 75% attendance rate.
