The Singapore Environment Institute (SEI) is the training division under the National Environment Agency (NEA), a statutory board under the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, Singapore.
SEI has been championing the environment through the development and conduct of training programmes and knowledge-sharing platforms since 2003. The Institute provides environmental courses that cater to the competency needs of NEA staff and those working in the industry. SEI also offers general environmental awareness courses on weather, resource conservation, and environmental laws to the general public.

Since its inauguration, SEI has trained more than 30,000 government leaders and officials, business decision-makers and the industry, as well as members of the public and non-governmental organisations. The Institute has also helped train more than 3000 international participants from over 60 countries.
With more than 40 programmes to provide a fresh take on green issues and solutions, SEI training makes it easier to make informed decisions.
